The Namib is the oldest desert in the world, believed to have been formed nearly 80 million years ago. It spans over 81,000 square kilometres, and is home to some of the tallest sand dunes on earth - reaching towering heights of over 300 meters. Though these dunes have stood for millions of years, they are never truly the same. Constantly shaped and reshaped by the wind, their shifting sands create ever-changing forms and patterns, ensuring that no two moments are ever quite alike.
There are few places on earth that possess such an ethereal landscape - harsh, barren, almost primordial; yet so delicately beautiful like paintings come to life.
